توظيف افكار الاقتصاد السلوكي في السياسة العامة: توظيف هندسة الاختيار في المشاركة الانتخابية أنموذجاً

شهدت المشاركة في عملية التصويت تراجعاً نسبياً في آخر دورتين انتخابيتين في العراق، الأمر الذي دفعنا للبحث عن ادوات يمكن من خلالها زيادة هذه النسبة، لأن السعي لزيادة المشاركة هو سلوك تهدف جميع الدول لتحقيقه، ولكن من الأفضل أن يتم ذلك من دون الضغط على المواطنين أو تقديم حافز مادي، لأن ذلك قد يفسر على أنه وسيلة تتبعها السلطة لكسب الشرعية وتستنزف بها المال العام.
يقدم لنا الاقتصاد السلوكي نظرية الدفع او هندسة الاختيار التي تقترح استخدام ادوات نفسية (سايكولوجية) لتوجيه سلوك الأفراد ليكن سلوكاً إيجابياً ويحقق مصلحة الفرد والمجتمع، وحاول البحث تحديد ست أدوات يتضمنها هندسة الاختيار يمكن استخدامها لدفع المواطن للمشاركة السياسية.
