أثر التغير المناخي في تزايد الصراعات الدولية وتنامي ظاهرة الارهاب

شهدت العديد من الدول والاماكن حول العالم تحديات امنية تزامنت مع، واعقبت تغيرات وتقلبات مناخية قاسية فيها، انعكست سلبا على مواردها الغذائية والمائية، وخفضت من قدرة الدول على تلبية احتياجات شعوبها، وهذه ما فسح المجال لنشوب الصراعات البينية على المستوى المحلي، وتزايد عدد النزاعات الدولية، وعزز تطور الظاهرة الارهابية، وتزايد اعداد الارهابيين، فضلاً تصاعد مستويات الهشاشة وعدم الاستقرار السياسي، سيما في الدول النامية التي تفتقر الى مقومات الاستجابة والمرونة اللازمة للمواجهة.
